No prior experience is required to get started at ZIV. We are looking for individuals who are coachable, motivated, professional, and willing to learn. For those entering the consultant path, we provide structure, guidance, and support to help build the right foundation.
Appointment Setters focus on generating interest, connecting with homeowners, and scheduling qualified consultations. Consultants are responsible for running the consultation process, educating homeowners, presenting solutions, and helping guide decisions. Both roles are important, but they serve different functions and operate on different pay structures.
ZIV uses a performance-based progression model. Individuals may begin in appointment setting or enter the consultant development path as a Training Consultant. From there, growth can continue into Solar Consultant and Senior Consultant roles over time. Advancement is based on consistency, discipline, and demonstrated ability — not just time.
