Approved partners use their assigned referral method. ZIV records the claimed Partner ID with the introduction, then manually verifies the originating partner before confirming attribution.
Progress follows qualification, appointments, closed results, installation and applicable compensation eligibility.
All 10 referrals must ultimately install before a block bonus is payable; installation may occur later. Raw submissions, typed Partner IDs and sales stages alone do not establish ownership or earned compensation. ZIV verifies partner identity, homeowner permission, original submission dates, qualifying closes and installation evidence. Duplicates, pre-existing active leads, invalid referrals and cancelled or failed installations are excluded. Conflicting or unverifiable claims remain pending manual review and cannot qualify for payment while disputed.
Applicable written terms and ZIV Owner/CEO approval are required before manual payment. No automatic payouts. Contractor compensation follows the separately approved Trade Partner agreement. Builder and Ministry compensation follows their separately approved written agreements.

After approval, ZIV supplies your persistent Partner ID and personal referral link. Use them to submit homeowner introductions for manual verification. A Partner ID or link is a claim, not proof of referral ownership.
Keep your assigned Partner ID and link or QR code. Enter the homeowner's details, not your own, and obtain their permission first. Check the claimed Partner ID before submitting.
Refer to your written agreement for eligibility, qualifying milestones and compensation. Submissions are distinct from closed and installed results.
